Important information for pre-booking online:

1.  Shofer discount vouchers can not be applied to any pre-booking. 

2. Pre-bookings have a minimum lead time of 2 hours between Mon-Fri 8am - 7pm, outside of          these hours you will need to provide 4 hours lead time.
If you need a vehicle sooner, we suggest using the on-demand system via the Shofer App.

Booking a ride in advance on our website: 

Once you're on the site, familiarise yourself with the layout and how it works. 


From here you can get a quote on your ride before you book.

Simply start typing in the address you want to be picked up from and it will assist you by popping up suggested addresses to select, please click the correct address.

Do the same action for the drop off location. 

Next, we'll set the date and time of your booking.

Select your date by using the calendar provided. Ensure to double check your date before you continue.

Now we'll select the time for your booking.

This is the time that you need to be picked up at. 

The time is listed using the 24-hour clock. If you're unsure of a 24-hour clock, see below for a guide.

Once you've entered your time you'll now see the ride has been calculated and provides a map overview and a trip overview.

You'll notice that there is an additional field for "Additional requirements regarding your booking".

You can use this field to let us know other information such as:

  • Driver preference (by name or Shofer car number)
  • Flight information - Please provide your flight number if going to or coming from the airport.
  • Luggage information - Please advise if you have multiple large suitcases.
  • Multiple drop off requirements - Please let us know if your trip needs to pickup/drop off at multiple spots.

Once you're happy with the booking request, you can click BOOK NOW.

Manage Existing Bookings:

You can manage existing bookings by clicking the My Bookings link at the top of the page. 

When you click on My Bookings it'll then display you a list of your current bookings.

Cancel Existing Booking

If you need to cancel a booking that has not been completed, you can do so via the My Bookings page.

click on "Details" on the right-hand side.

You can now select "CANCEL REQUEST"

NOTE: If you cancel a booking without more than 2 hours notice, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
