I don't think my discount went through?

Many users have been questioning lately whether their discount code actually went through on their ride or not.

We advise that you login to your online banking and check the actual charge from Shofer, we are confident that all promo discount codes have been redeemed correctly and are charged to your nominated card accurately.

It may appear on your ride history within the app that your charge is the original quoted price not including the discount.

We're working on this and hope to have an update released soon.

If you still believe your discount wasn't applied, please contact support@shofer.com.au with your registered account email address, the code you used and what date your trip was.
